It's my birthday today.
This is a sort of special birthday; as of today, I'm 34 years old, and my wife and I have been together since July of 1985. That's 17 years together, and thus we see that I have now spent half my life with her. Pretty nifty.

Barcodes make my face ache. I have one on my own back, but dealing with setting up a barcoding solution to track our internal job processes is just a huge nightmare. Too many options, not enough plug-and-play solutions.
