Yep, still hate Redhat. I wonder if redhatsucks.com is taken. Why on earth haven't they come up with a dselect-like rpm management tool? I won't even address the lack of something like apt.
Promise sucks as well. Closed-source drivers that only work with Redhat are STUPID. Dubya-type stupid, and that's saying a lot.
So I have this perfectly wonderful hardware that I cannot get to work with my preferred OS, so I have to deal with this shit OS instead, which means more setup time, more development time, more time period, when that's the one thing I don't have. Suck. Believe it.
