Heading to Denver first thing in the AM. What a clusterfuck - our colocation and T1 provider has completely flaked and has hardly even managed to get the order into their system, let alone get Qwest involved to get shit hooked up. We can't get into the colocation facility until Friday at the absolute earliest when it was supposed to be open to us NLT yesterday. We won't have connectivity to the colo OR to our office until next Monday at the earliest. For this wonderful service, we signed up almost 3 weeks ago for a two year contract and paid up front to expedite the process. To XO Communications, the word "expedite" must mean something entirely different than what it means to those of us who are competent.
