How do blind people know when they're done wiping?
Some nutty Italians have decided that having a clown in the operating room eases anxiety in young patients. Perhaps the children just resign themselves to being molested and eaten while they're under or something. Would you want a bloody clown standing next to you while someone gives you anesthesia? Fuck no.
