What a great weekend I had. It was nearly 110º both days (Friday and Saturday) but that was OK cause we spent most of it on the lake or in the pool. I spent a period of time skipping across the surface of the lake at about 30MPH on my back after coming off the inner tube. You gotta try it.
Pearl Jam were great; over 3 hours of music played with guts and meaning. Hotter than the devil's asshole there at the Gorge, though... the clouds came in and held all that heat and humidity in all evening.

Check out Templar, Arizona if you haven't already. PA linked to it today and I found myself reading the entire archive in one sitting. Really great art and characters, and I'm totally hooked on what's up with the city and what the hell's going on there. Mysterious and shit.
