All I want for Christmas is a box of Smurfs and a mallet.
Another quick California trip yesterday, left Seattle at 6:40am in the pouring rain (it's amazing how much water those engines can ingest and continue to run), ran all over sunny, 80º LA and Orange counties, left SNA at 4pm, got home at about 8pm in the pouring rain.
Been playing our Wii a bunch lately. At least in my family, Nintendo's bet that the control scheme will rope in players who don't normally play video games (read: women and old folks) seems to be a good one. Debbie loves it and has played every day since we got it on Monday. I haven't played anything but Wii Sports myself, but Sierra says the new Zelda is awesome. The one thing we're missing is the component/HD cables to connect it, which apparently no one has, even Nintendo's own store. Suck.
