Michael Moore vs. Bill O'Reilly - apparently a transcript of an interview done at the DNC that will be aired in the next couple days. Neither of these guys can see into the head of the other at all. I think O'Reilly is a brainless agitator for the far right and revels in that role, but Moore is such a pigheaded hippy-wannabe that he's hard to root for no matter the opponent.

I fail to see why Moore deserves "pigheaded hippy" status. Is it his message or the way he delivers it? Both?

Don't get me wrong - I'm all for his views and his earnest efforts to make changes for the good of the country he loves... I tend to agree with his assessment of our president and of the manner in which our democracy has become a yard sale. I just get turned off by his presentation in a lot of ways. He seems to revel in sort of acting the part of a scruffy, jobless, just-outta-the-bar smartass muckraker, when we all know he's a multi-millionaire living in a mansion in Michigan. I just think he'd get better results if he didn't act so... unlikeable. I dunno, maybe it's just me.
